Abstract

We have seen (formula VI I.2,8)) that

$$HK = {c^2}{b^2}/{a^2} - L/{c^2}$$

It follows that, in the set of invariants (VII.3,2).. (VII.3.6), the invariant K may be substitued for (VII.3.3), supposing (h ₀ ^α ℓ_α) (h ₀ ^α ℓ_α)(h ₁ ^α ℓ_α) ≥ 0.
