Abstract

The first session of the Symposium, chaired by Prof. Julio Gonzalez Campos, had two objectives: 1. to examine the policies of museums regarding the management of their collection (Topic 1) and 2. to determine the problems which private collectors face when they want to purchase new items for their collections or move their collections from one place to another (Topic 2).
