Abstract
A national greenhouse gas emission inventory was conducted under the framework of the Country Studies Program on Climate Change in Ukraine. Statistical data on specific categories of human activity were collected, and on the basis of these data, preliminary greenhouse gas emissions were estimated according to the IPCC Methodology. The results show that Ukrainian energy and industrial enterprises are the major greenhouse gas emission sources.
