Abstract

In this article we want to discuss the basic ideas underlying our program of “project seminars”, its structure as well as the consequences which will be the results of this form of teaching and learning within the study of business education or business administration. We want to show that we have reached already many of the aims underlying the conception (specially in the field of qualification) but that there are still a lot of experiences or a complex of problems respectively which are the starting point for a further development of the design of these courses. The aim of our concept of education is the development of reflective practical competence: The main question is: How should scientific and experience orientated education be organized, if we want people to get used to complex situations.
