Abstract

The purpose of this article is to provide a comprehensive overview of the Corporate MBA Program conducted by the College of Business at Ohio University for Tenaga Nasional Berhad, the Malaysia electrical utility company. The Program currently is into the third year of a three year contract. Special attention will be given to two components of that Program: the Applied Research/Internal Consultancy Project (ARIC) and the Executive Shadow Program (ESP).
