Abstract
The basic activities of companies are production and sales. In order to do these, corporations must purchase materials, handle money, manage employees, deal with legal issues, and communicate internally and with the external world. This chapter focuses on the administration of corporate systems. It examines the organizational structure, evaluates the spatial division of territory, and probes the locations of control points, headquarters and regional offices in particular, and R&D units. Finally are considered the communication networks and basics of communication patterns.
