Outline of a Theory of Relevance

  • Chapter
Collected Papers

Part of the book series: Phaenomenologica ((PHAE,volume 136))

Abstract

Consisting of two pages of coherent outlines, one page of outline partly overlapping the others, and a fragment of an outline filling a fourth page, this manuscript was translated and assembled by Helmut Wagner so as to provide an orderly, readable text. With the title, “Relevanz”, at the top of the first three pages, the manuscript contains sections written out alternating with telegraphic jottings. On occasion Wagner expanded upon the jottings and combined formulations found in different parts of the manuscript and added a few further simple editorial emendations to the text.
