Abstract
Discharges produced by surface waves (SW) are the subject of many investigations in terms of their wide use in plasma chemistry, chemical analysis etc[1]. Nowadays stationary SW discharges at operating frequencies up to 10 GHz are well investigated and have self-consistent solutions.
