One thing was certain; since June 83 the idea to have an ASI in Banyuls had ensnared three people. After NATO approbation in spring 84 and an inflation of the number of participants, the first thing to do was to assemble a triumvirate right in the place. This went on deciding important questions, as the attribution of the (in her girlhood) glamorous villa, and proceeding to an expertise of the local restaurants and wines. Once the course was chosen, the machine was put into gear with assurance and confidence.
