Radiolabelled BSA Precipitation Method

Abstract

This is the most sensitive method for determining amounts of protein precipitated by a tannin. It is also useful for running competitive binding assay to characterize tannin-protein interactions. The method described here [26] has been scaled down from the original method [27].
