Abstract
Major advances have been made in recent years concerning oncogenesis and lymphomagenesis, in particular. As for most of other malignant diseases the oncogenic transformation of a B lymphocyte is the result of a multi-step process, also called a multi-hit process, in which several transforming events accumulate over time within a single cell.
