Abstract
This work has discussed the contribution that forestry projects can make within the context of global warming and current climate change policies. The economic literature has dealt with problems of climate change for some time. Three different aspects have attracted particular attention in that regard: the costs and benefits of climate change policies, the problem of international cooperation on the climate change issue and the discussion of the most adequate policies choice for combating climate change.
