Abstract
Definition of the restricted-path-integral (RPI) approach has been given in Chapter 5 and its applications will be considered later on in Chapters 7, 8. Here we are going to discuss some general features of the approach which make it especially interesting from the theoretical and conceptual points of view (see also Chapter 10 for more philosophical aspects of this).
