Abstract
The establishment of the Science Control Center (SCC), is one of major functional elements required in the ROCSAT Ground Segment (RGS) system. In building up this SCC, it takes a design-to-cost approach through its development phases, i.e., design, development, integration, testing, operations and maintenance. This paper provides a description of the SCC development.
