Abstract

The development of preventive vaccines has been one of the most significant advances in the treatment of infectious diseases. It is now possible to produce vaccines to prevent many viral, bacterial and parasitic diseases. The effect of vaccine development in Human health is expressed by the erradication of some previously widespread and deadly infection diseases, like smallpox and poliomyelitis [1]. The development of vaccines has had a similar effect on veterinarian medicine, for example in the erradication of foot and mouth disease in regions where it was endemic.
