Abstract

The majority of papers presented in this workshop are dealing with training of full time managers in high-tech companies. In this contribution, on the basis of the experience of the European Commission, I would like to stress the need for management training also of those scientists or principal investigators who have to submit proposals for grants and coordinate project activity.
