Abstract
In 1993 when Spri celebrated its 25th anniversary, the opportunity to reflect on how Spri Library and Research Report Bank had evolved into the “complete library” presented itself. Compared to other corporate libraries, our library had not only survived but grown into a national resource library for health care, with extensive international contacts. In addition to our high standards concerning quality we are convinced that networking, from both human as well as technical points of view, has had a great impact on the development of the library. And today we can also proudly tell you that we have been nominated, for the second time, to the award “Library of the year”, in Sweden.
