Abstract

Another well-known type of restriction for a lattice is presented by different conditions of complementability. In this chapter we focus our attention on two main conditions of this type: that of being a complemented lattice and that of being a relatively complemented lattice. Here, along with SubS, the semilattice Sub S is considered as well. General reasons for considering Sub S were noted in Subsections 4.1 and 4.3.
