Abstract
An outstanding scientist and educator, Robert A. Millikan devoted his life to teaching students from all over the world. He not only trained a large number of high level scientists and engineers for the United States but also educated a group of outstanding Chinese scientists, thus substantially contributing to the development of science in China.
