Abstract
We consider an n-dimensional smooth manifold M n and the tangent vector space M n x at a point x of M n. A frame z at x is by definition a basis of M n x , that is, a set (z a ), a = 1,..., n, of n linearly independent vectors at x. Let L be the set of all frames at all points of M n.
