Abstract
Harmonic coordinates in the 3-dimensional Euclidean space are helpful in finding. with the aid of the Clifford algebra, solutions to the Maxwell equations in a uniform medium devoid of charges and currents. Among the harmonic coordinates a special class of so called equigradient ones is very useful.
