Abstract
The establishment of the Special Fund does not constitute the exhaustion of the United Nations’ activities in the field of the financing of economic development of less developed countries. On the contrary, more fertile deliberations have taken place in United Nations fora since the establishment of the Special Fund for exploring the future possibilities of international co-operative action to stimulate this development process and the further supply of assistance to these countries.
