Abstract

We have constructed a very reliable SIS receiver on the base of the Nb/A1Ox/Nb junction and the 4-K closed-cycle helium refrigerator. Six SIS receivers are now successfully used in the 45-m telescope and in the Nobeyama Millimeter Array(NMA) for 35–50 GHz and 85–115 GHz.
