L’arbitrage dans le droit argentin offre deux procédures qui, sous la dénomination de “Procédure d’Arbitres” et “Procédure des Amiables Compositeurs”, sont réglées dans les Titres XXVII et XXVIII, articles 767 à 797 et 798 à 810 du Code de Procédure, respectivement.

Abstract

Argentine law recognizes two sets of rules for the arbitral procedure, known as “Procedure for Arbitrators” and “Procedure for Amiables Compositeurs” (ex aequo et bono) which are laid down in Titles XXVII and XXVIII, articles 767–797 and 798–810 respectively of the Code of Procedure.
