Abstract
The government of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics considers it necessary to address itself to the government of the United States on the following question:
On September 30, the government of the Federal Republic of Germany approved and submitted to the Bundestag a Bill on radio broadcasting, providing for the setting up of a West German radio station, the Deutschland Funk, in West Berlin. The radio station, as envisaged in the Bill, is to be administered by representatives of the government of the Federal Republic and the West German Lands.
