Abstract
In 1960 a tenth State, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, accepted the competence of the European Commission on Human Rights to receive individual applications, and on 5th July i960 its Government deposited the required Declaration, valid for the period 28th June 1960 to 31st August 1964.

En 1960, un dixième Etat a accepté la compétence de la Commission européenne des Droits de l’Homme en matière de requêtes individuelles. Il s’agit du Royaume des Pays-Bas dont le Gouvernement a déposé, le 5 juillet 1960, une déclaration en ce sens, valable pour la période allant du 28 juin 1960 au 31 août 1964.
