Abstract
It was considered useful, in view of the complexity of the present case, to give the following brief outline of the proceedings which took place before the Commission and the Sub-Commission. A schedule conĀtaining a more detailed indication and all relevant dates of these proceedĀings is attached at Appendix III to this Report.1
