M. Guy de Lacharrière, Commissaire de France, assume depuis le 1er janvier 1972 les fonctions de Président et M. le Professeur W. Riphagen, Commissaire des Pays-Bas, à compter de cette même date celles de Vice-Président de la Commission Centrale pour la Navigation du Rhin.
Abstract
Since 1 January 1972, the office of Chairman of the Central Commission for the Navigation on the Rhine has been held by Mr. Guy de Lacharrière, Commissioner for France, and that of Vice-Chairman by Professor W. Riphagen, Commissioner for the Netherlands.
