Abstract
In 1974, the Committee of Ministers was called upon to decide according to Article 32 (1) of the Convention whether there had been a violation of the Convention in the Inhabitants of “Les Fourons” Case. Extracts from the Report of the European Commission of Human Rights are reproduced hereafter,1 as well as the Resolution of the Committee of Ministers. (See B below.)

Au cours de l’année 1974, le Comité des Ministres a été appelé à se prononcer en vertu de l’article 32, par. 1 de la Convention sur la question de savoir s’il y avait ou non violation de la Convention dans l’ Affaire des habitants des Fourons. Des extraits1 du rapport de la Commission européenne des Droits de l’Homme figurent ci-après, ainsi que la Résolution du Comité des Ministres.
