Abstract
Having now come to the end of our juridical considerations on the gramophone record, the inference may be drawn that of all those whose legal status we have dealt with, only the creative artist enjoys a more or less comprehensive protection in the respective legislations. Consequently we have been able to confine ourselves to only a few points regarding which his legal protection must, to our mind, be either extended or restricted.
