Abstract
While on the whole a large measure of conformity exists in actual practice with regard to the regulation of international civil aviation, even though — as may be appreciated from the foregoing — such regulation is mainly based upon a protectionist rather than a liberal point of view 2), a number of specific developments merit attention insofar as they represent a different or new approach to the basic problems involved.
