Abstract
The first task of life is to live. Man learns by the method of trial and error, but as soon as he becomes used to a certain way of doing things, he builds a mental superstructure around his activities and tries to transmit this superstructure in the form of beliefs, customs, habits, knowledge, law, etc. to the coming generations.
