Abstract

The sociology of law in Jugoslavia is only in its early stages. Its development is thus subject to the factors affecting sociology as a whole — comprising general sociology, special sociologies (whose themes concern individual institutions and activities) and sociography (understood as a discipline which collects, classifies and describes individual social facts from which, by a process of abstraction, generalizations of general sociology may be formulated).
