Abstract

One of the important questions, which has been regulated by the Tokyo Convention, is that of the immunity of the persons authorised by the Convention to take certain measures, for the protection of life and safety in the aircraft. By “immunity” is meant in this context immunity from liability in subsequent proceedings which, as has been said elsewhere in this work, is one of the objectives of the Tokyo Convention.1
