Abstract
The annual debates in the States General on Foreign Affairs of 1946 took place at the end of the year; and on that occasion — for the first time since 1940 and, more remarkable, since the country’s liberation in May 1945 — the Government stated the general principles and lines of their foreign policy. The gist of their various statements was as follows.
