Abstract
The liability of the international air carrier is governed by the “Convention for the unification of certain rules relating to international carriage by air,”, which was signed at Warsaw on October 12, 1929. This Convention was ratified by the Netherlands on April 6, 1933 (S. 149) and came into operation on September 29, 1933.
