Zusammenfassung
Den Kern der Alternative, ob Sprache noch vom Philosophen (in einem traditionsgerechten Sinn dieses Begriffs) oder nur mehr vom Mathematiker und mathematischen Logiker behandelt werden kann, stellt die Frage dar: Ist Sprache gleich Information? Diese Frage wird überschattet von der verständlichen Herausstreichung der Informations-Seite und Leistung der Sprache in unserer Situation der Massengesellschaft und der globalen Technik und Organisation. Ohne kultur- und geistesgeschichtliche Besinnung lässt sich daher jener Frage nicht gerecht werden.
