Abstract
Lie on your back, with your arms crossed over your chest. Keeping your knees straight, lift both legs off the couch, at the same time lifting your head and shoulders. Hold this position for about 10 seconds, rest for 5 seconds and repeat as directed. You must repeat this exercise night and morning, starting with four repetitions, adding two each week, to a maximum of 20, and continuing for life.
