Abstract

Analysis is the process of finding out what the information collected by the evaluation means. Analysis involves working with the data that have been collected to determine what conclusions these data support and how much support they provide for, or against, any conclusion. The purpose of analysis is to summarize from the data the messages it contains in order to bring this information to bear on tentative conclusions or decisions.
