Abstract

Diet provides protein polymers which are broken down during digestion for the purpose of reconstitution. The body therefore builds protein polymers as required but the final proteins cannot, however, function in body chemistry without catalytic agents or associates. These promotional chemicals may be inorganic but most body functions rely on complex organic chemicals which are the vitamins.
