Abstract
Like astronauts before ‘blast-off’ you have now been fully briefed. You have read the facts about menopause, and the fallacies. We can now look to the final two steps. Step one, in this chapter, is to summarize and put in perspective the important components already presented. Step two, the subject of the next and final chapter, is the final advice about what to do. Hopefully you will transform that into a big stride into the future. But first the perspective.
