Abstract
Northern Tanzania is exceptionally rich in parks and reserves of which there are seven, Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Lake Manyara, Mkomazi, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Tarangire. Even the country outside these areas offers excellent game viewing. Good little guides published by the Tanzanian National Parks are available for Arusha, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti. They may be obtained at the park gates.
