Abstract
Standards and specifications (Federal, Industrial, Societal, and Military) of various common engineering materials which are preferred for use in the manufacturing of electronic products are presented in the following tables for ready reference to the packaging engineer and designer. These tables will also prove to be of value to the manufacturing engineers involved in the preparation of production tooling.
