Abstract

The study of urinary glycosaminoglycan (GAG) excretion usually involves time-consuming complex methods of isolation and analysis quite unsuited to the routine hospital laboratory. In Bristol an attempt has been made to develop simple techniques which require the minimum of technician time and still provide useful diagnostic information.
