Abstract
The traditional duty of a Chairman in summing up a Conference is to ensure that he mentions each of the speakers in turn and compliments them on their contribution. I don’t propose to do this on the present occasion as I do not think that any of the contributors needs a boost to his amour propre and I will simply say that the standard of presentation has been very high and that it has been a very interesting meeting.
