Abstract
The south-western peninsula of England has had a long history of Mineral production; tin and copper were worked by the Ancients; it was one of the world’s leading copper districts in the early part of the Industrial Revolution, later becoming important for tin and tungsten, and today it is one of the most important kaolinite producers. These are typical hydrothermal deposits associated with granite and show all the characteristic features of zoning, alteration and polyphase Mineralization.
