Abstract
Electricity, like heat, is best understood in terms of the effects it has. This is especially true if one is interested not so much in electricity itself but in the applications it has to the understanding of medical science. Yet again this is not a chapter for physicists. But I hope it will be successful in its aim, which is to be helpful to nurses.
