Abstract
The use of gallium arsenic (GaAs) and indium arsenic (InAs) in the fabrication of III-V semiconductors has attracted considerable attention (Dupuis, 1984). Although many chemicals are used in III-V semiconductor industry (Sherin, 1989), there are few studies on the health effects of these agents. In particular, there is little information on the extent and effects of exposure to arsenic among workers in this industry.
