Abstract

Recent esophagus and thorax X-rays. Pass on to endoscopy department. Pathologicalanatomical investigation proves malignancy. Life expectancy of more than 4 weeks, except in patients with a fistula. Patient motivation (i.e. helshe experiences the symptoms as being very annoying and is certainly prepared to undergo treatment for a few days to a week).
