Abstract
Following the fundamental objective of this work, the research approach was based first on the analytical evaluation of the suitability and needs of the considered territory (figure 1), and a primary role was given to the knowledge of agricultural-environmental resources the conservation of which was considered to be the priority in defining appropriate land policies.
